His Excellency,
Nepal and India are neighbour countries for ages. Despite, the
bitter history of border frequent encroachment of Nepal by India,
the relationship between Nepalese and Indian people is even intimate
and ancient. As the continuity of encroachments, India has been
recently encrached the border in Susta Region of Nabalparasi District
of Nepal. We, the youth associated with the Seven Political Alliance
(SPA), are deadly concerned on the border encroachment, especially
upon Nepali territory by India, on the phase of political and constitutional
transition period of Nepal. In this period, we, Nepalese people
become more concern and regularly have been protesting against the
encroachment of our land.
We, on behalf of Seven Federation of Youths, associated with Seven
Political Alliance (SPA), draw the attention of the Indian Government
via His Excellency Ambassador on India, to take necessary measures
on the following issues.
It is proved that the Fourteen Thousand acres out of Twenty One
Thousand acres land in Susta of Nawalparasi District of Nepal has
been encroached by India. We demand to back all encroached land
and rehabilitate, as soon as possible, to all 500 displaced household
of Susta.
Make the border up-to-date on the basis of mappings after research
of Susta range, historical documents, ancient mapsl, Fixed Boundary
Principles and current (flow) of Narayani River as of the time of
Sugali Treaty.
Regulate and control the bilateral border preventing encroachment.
Handover the Nepali territories to Nepal, which has been encroached
by India in fifty four places of twenty one districts of Nepal including
Susta of Nabalparasi District.
Immediately stop mischief, threatening and maintain necessary
securities of Susta people, which has been happening by Sima Suraksha
