FNCCI President admits infiltration

Kathmandu, May 07 - Kush Kumar Joshi, Chairman of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries has admitted that vigilantes had infiltrated in their so-called \'peace-assembly\'. 



FNCCI along with some other professional organisation related with the ruling parties had orgnised a \'peace-rally\' to pressurize the government and Maoists to reach an agreement. 



Joshi has said that the organizers would not take the responsibility of the people who took rally before and after the assembly. Those involved in the assembly and worn the t-shirts had demonstrated against the protesters after and before the assembly.



But, using this forum the cadres of Nepali Congress and UML demonstrated against the general strike and attack on the protestors. Eight protesters were seriously injured who are undoing treatment.



Several vigilantes have been caught by the protesters who were carrying rods and khukuris. For instance, Sanjay Pandit, the president of Nepal Student Union of Kantipur Valley College, was caught with a Khukuri at Kupondole area. He said that he was going to take part in the \'peace-assembly\'.



The ruling parties had openly spoken to retaliate against the movement. Following their mother parties, the youth and students unions of the ruling parties have said to retaliate against the movement.
