UCPN-Maoist has
declared the programmes of the 3^rd phase Struggle which will have a historic
importance in the history of Nepal.
The proclaimed struggle of the people will certainly bring a new change to
guide the derailed peace process into a correct way. The struggle begun from the November
22 to 30 will be the form of propaganda (Wall-painting, Leafleting &
Postering), which will convey the messages among the people of the whole nation.
It will be the preparation for the further struggle declared to go ahead.

From December 1 to 10: Resistance
programmes of different mass organizations will be started and the different
organizations will co-operate each-other for the success of publicized struggle
as according to the schedule. According to it, December-1: student; December-3:
Women/Martyr, Family of Disappears/Wounded warrior & Disables; December-4:
Dalit/Muslim; December-6: Cultural activists & Journalists; December-7: Teachers/Intellectuals,
Traders & Businessmen; December-8: Youth/Athletes; December-9: Peasant/Landless
Liberated Kamaiya & Ploughman; December-10: Workers will run their
programmes of struggle accordingly.

From December
11-18, there will be the programmes of Resistance of the Caste, Lingual &
Regional Liberated Fronts. According to it, December-11: Limbuwan & Kochila;
December-13: Seti-Mahakali & Tharuwan; December-14: Kirant & Sherpa, December-15:
 Bheri-Karnali & Bhote-Lama; December-16:
Newa & Tamsaling (Chepang, Majhi, Rai-Danuwar, Thami, Helmo & Pahari);
December-17: Magarant, Tamuwan (Kumal, Thakali); December-18: Madhesh (Abadh,
Bhojpura & Mithila) will strongly carry out their programmes of struggle. From December 20, 21, 22: Nation-wide
Mass Political Strike (Transportation, Industries, Educational Institutes,
Market-bazaars & offices shut-down) will be held there.

There will be extra more programmes
like general mass boycotting to the President; Prime-Minister & Ministers of
the puppet government with the continuous black-flag demonstration. At last, UCPN-Maoist has announced
that the party will be obliged to declare the special programmes including
uncertain mass strike if the demands including Civil Supremacy are not addressed
in this phase of struggle.
